In September 2010 Pam Corkhill and Karen Roberts from Corkhill & Associates rental department entered into a partnership with Kirsty Dunphey, Megan Hampton & Bella Fountain from specialist property managers Elephant Property Launceston to form Elephant Property Hobart.
Pam recognised the need to systemise her rental department and focus on a high level of service to clients and decided to combine skills with Kirsty Dunphey, who Pam has personally known for a number of years. Both Pam and Kirsty are thrilled to have the opportunity to work together in the industry they love.
