The Corkhill & Associates story began in 2003. The business operates from an historical bluestone cottage in the heart of Battery Point – arguably the State’s most valuable property area.
The company swiftly established itself as an outstanding boutique agency. Its Principal, Pam Corkhill, had the vision of providing experience, innovation and service – the aim being to set the agency apart from the stereotypical approach of others with a less than favourable reputation.
With state-of-the-art technical installations, a highly reputable and dynamic sales team, the agency has made an impressive impact, and continues to achieve record sales that increase year by year.
Like Hobart itself, the agency represents a mix of old and new: old values and new, dynamic techniques. A vital part of its success is the communication with clients – and important point of difference.
A second office was recently established in the hub of the Sandy Bay shopping precinct. The reciprocation between the two offices is, of course, of benefit to our clients in the sale of their homes.
